Worst shopping experience ever!

I have shopped here many times and always made it a part of my intinerary on every trip to Hawaii. I have spent a LOT of money here over the years but will NEVER give them my business again. I purchased an embelished t-shirt for over $130. I took it back to my condo. The next morning I removed the price tag and turned it over to put it on. The entire neck of the top was coming off. The stitching was hanging from the shirt. I went back to the store that day with receipt, tag and shirt in hand. It had very obviously not been worn. I asked for the manager. (Quite possibly one of the most arrogant and rude boutique propriotors I have experienced ever!) He told me that under no circumstances would he take back a purchase when the price tag was removed. This was even though I had bought it the night before. All I was expecting was an exchange for first quality item that I expected for the price. I spend a lot of money on my wardrobe but will find another place to buy this type of item from the many other boutiques in Honolulu that are more friendly and CUSTOMER SERVICE oriented. I deserved to be treated like my business is appreciated!!
