Best breakfast deal in Waikiki. Beautiful setting, and great prices for a wonderful breakfast. First class service. Hard to beat a deal like this.

Ehh. The food was pretty decent.. But the prices were horribly high for the amount of food you get.

Awesome: Food and Ambience. Service: A

Food: A

Value: B

Hula Grill was a very nice and romantic restaurant. The food was fabulous and we talked about it for days after. I had the special (Ribeye) and my girfriend had some sort of chicken dish. It was pricey but when on vacation, I tend to splurge. The service was excellent and the ambience even better. I plan on going back the next time I visit Hawaii. I love it there! Nice atmosphere, so-so food. I agree with the other reviewer. The food was alright, nothing spectacular; the draw for this place is the balcony seating right over Waikiki beach. The restaurant is nice, we were expecting a cheap, hole in the wall, place and found it to be much more in terms of atmosphere. A tasteful amount of kitsch and some cute table setups. Our waitress was nice and after our bottle of wine on top of earlier drinks got us a bit bubbly, she gave us the space we clearly wanted. My ono was a bit bland while my girlfriend's vegetable dish was a bit too spicy to be tasted. The wine selection ranged towards the pricey, but we found an affordable, mediocre Pinot Grigio.

Average Food, great atomsphere and view. The food here is only average at best. I ordered the Crab Wonton appetizer and the ceviche, also a mango margarita. both the appetizers portions were large, however it both lacked a bit of flavor. The prices were very reasonable, about $7 an appetizer, but big portions. The mango margarita was also nothing special. Basically the best thing there is the atmoshpere and the view.
