You can get this at home, and better. I suspect that the ridiculous waiting time for a table is mostly due to location, not quality. Food was terrible. Average service, above average prices.

Less than satisfactory. Expect a long wait to get seated, generally between 30 minutes and an hour. Even once you're seated, don't expect fast service. It would be impossible to have the entire dinner experience inside in less than 2 hours. Besides the scarce service, the food is only decent. And the portions are HUGE! Leftovers are to be expected though half of my party decided to leave them. Wasn't that great first time around...

Decadent cheesecakes and classic American cuisine makes this a popular chain.. In Short
Faux-rustic finishes and colorful light fixtures abound at this almost always crowded chain. The thick-as-a-book menu features Americanized versions of worldly cuisines--Mexican, Vietnamese, Italian, Thai--but succeeds best with American classics. Burgers are a good choice, especially the ""Roadside Sliders,"" mini burgers served as appetizers. The myriad cheesecakes are over-the-top in concept and decadence. You'll leave full, with leftovers.

Worst Service On Earth!. The service was horirble! The waiter avoided half of the table!! It took 15 minutes to get the waiter to take drink orders, another 15 to get the drinks. 20 minutes later we were able to place entree orders... I couldn't even get a refill on my water!! Dessert wasn't offered to half the table, boxes to go had to be asked for twice... the bill 20 minutes. It was overall terrible service and I wouldn't recommend it to my dog!

Worth the wait for thee greatest food and service on the planet!. Simply the best food in Hawaii and the greatest dining experience in the islands! Will return again and again.....Great service!!! The waits can be lengthy, but well worth it!
