Name is misleading....cupcakes are dry. We were looking for a custom cake and drove one hour across the island and through traffic to "Cake Couture." Once there, my children were very excited to see a bake shop filled with cupcakes and I thought it would be great to try the flavors before we ordered our custom cake. Our cupcakes boxed and money paid, I turned the conversation to our cake order only to be told, "Cake Couture does not make cakes." I am sorry? We just bought 7 cupcakes ($20) to sample the flavors and now you tell me that your name is not accurate?

Then, we tasted the cupcakes and they were dry. The mint frosting tasted like Wrigley's gum. And, there was way too much frosting for the amount of cake. Maybe it is better they don't make cakes.

Awesome! Loved it!. I had a Red Velvet and a Lemon cupcake. Both were fabulous! Cake was moist and the frosting was fluffy and delicious without being overly sweet.
