Needs major cleaning and upgrade.
Not a bad place, especially for kids. But needs some cleaning.

Loud but fun.
I love coming here, but the parking is across the street and a nightmare!!! by the time I actually get into D&B's I am in such a bad mood I actually need a cocktail. One time on a friday night I was looking for parking and actually ended up in a "parking battle" with a gang of asian girls driving a Civic, they chased my Volvo around the parking lot at over 30 mph. But on another note, I do enjoy the drinks and food, its an odd mix to have a bunch of angry local people and nice military people all bunched together in one building..

DON'T GO HERE.
If you are visiting Honolulu leave this place out of your plans. On certain nights the lines are really long and if you are out of state, even if you are 21, you run the risk of their moronic employees scrutinizing your ID for 10 minutes until deciding to not let you in. They then treat you very rudely in front of everyone in line. If you do insist on going, bring your passport as a back up so those idiots don't reject you.

Lunch at Ward center.
Had a good lunch at the bar... sent back the mozzerella sticks because they were cold in the center, got a fresh order that was warmer.... food was good and as usual for Hawaii a little pricey.... had alot of fun upstairs until the wifer got done shopping.....

Super-sized party multiplex for casual diners and serious drinkers who like a joystick with their drumsticks and swizzle sticks..
In Short
This massive entertainment complex lures customers in with its arcade, then keeps them there by way of a spacious eatery serving pizza, pasta, burgers and finger food. Classic games like billiards, skeeball and shuffleboard are balanced by electronic counterpoints such as Ms. Pac-Man, Centipede and virtual-reality simulators that re-create an 18-wheeler ride or a Star Trek voyage. Of the two full bars, one comes with a 20-screen videodome designed for armchair quarterbacks.

Food needs to match atmosphere.
Been frequenting this Honolulu branch since it opened a couple of years back. With three different levels, you don't feel crowded in. Each level has its own age group that it caters to. The third level or Sunset Bar caters to the 21-35 year old crowd. The midway level, caters to families with parents or the young at heart. The main level is a mixed bag with a the sports bar and the dining room.
The food is so so. The menu just recently went through another change. I usually stick to my favorites, the bar burgers or the Jack Daniels Beacon Cheeseburger. The steaks are decent, chicken so-so (bring back the Dixie Chicken drummetes) and the fish dishes (bring back the original fish & chips dish) are just awful.
