Excellent Service. By Jessica - May 18, 2010 I had called about 10 carpet cleaning companies to get quotes and information about carpet cleaning. $9.99 cleaning was the ONLY company who knew the meaning of customer service. They were VERY professional and respectful answering all of my questions. They were very flexible with my appointment and were able to schedule the appointment after my work hours and also moved my appointment time with no hassle. They attempted to remove a couple of stains, but since they were un-removeable they did not charge me extra for stain removal. I did not have to be present and wait while they cleaned the carpets.
