I Love It!!. I have both the mobile usb for my laptop and the modem for my home and I ABSOLUTELY love it!! I never have problems with the service..Not sure what is going on in Jacksonville, but I am in Atlanta and the service is Fabulous! Was able to get rid of Comcast and save myself alot of dollars. I hooked the modem into a wireless router and my whole house became a hotspot...Love it and will recommend to anyone!

Just disappointed. I am very disappointed so far with Clear WiMax. I went to a retail outlet at a mall near me and got lots of guarantees about how fast the service was and even saw on a google earth map what the coverage was at my house and it looked awesome.

After hooking it up and moving it around to every room in the house, I can barely get 1 bar on the modem and get no signal on the USB mobile antenna. Download speed tests reports 750 KBPS from the modem, not the 6 MBPS I am paying for. It's slower then my cable modem.

Clear WiMAX. I tried the mobile version and it's plans start at $30/month, that is about 50%less than all the other air cards on the market.

They all start at $59.99 and then you are FORCED into a contract, have to do the stupid mail-in rebates that I HATE and require a deposit.

When I get paid next month i am going to sign up with Clear WiMAX

Slower than other providers. Took three tries just to get on the internet to write this review. Clear is unreliable and slower than other providers I have used.

it was sloooow. Meh. I got it and had it for less than a week before I decided to cancel. I live in close-in SE, and got the top of the line, $40 a month package, which was supposed to be the fastest. But from the beginning, the modem had issues with connectivity - and then once I got a connection, it was sloooow. Websites which are video-heavy, such as YouTube and Hulu, it seems to have problems with loading in under five minutes.

unstoppable. When I had Clear internet service as my backup Internet connection, I have no issues regarding my service. The speed is always at 5 Mbps and unstoppable.

super fast speed!. I love the fact that I can check my emails on my way to work. I subscribed to the $80 monthly price. Even if it's a little pricy, the connection and speed is super fast, maybe it's my phone or really just the connection itself . Clear internet service is great!

no outrages. I went to Clear internet service a week or so ago. Connections so far have been good, both speed, and up time. No outrages or severe slowdowns noted. Setting up the Clear modem for port forwarding to my in home router was a bit of an adventure but here here, and from Level 2 Clear tech support got all set the way I needed it.

Value and Service are excellent!. I used to use "other" internet providers but then I tried CLEAR and was blown away by the excellent service as well as the value! I will never switch back. It’s a CLEAR choice who to go with!!!

it's fantastic!. So far it's fantastic. It works really well in my condo, and I'm now using it at work for the first time, and it's coming through great. I just got the mobile, and that'll do me just fine for $45 a month, no taxes, no increases ever!
