THE WORST EVER!!!!! I called when I needed someone to help unlock a door in my tenants house. I found this company using Google. When I called, I used option #1, for emergency calls. The man who answered started off being short and curt sounding and it got worse as the call progressed. He was tolerable at first when I asked about his availability but when I asked about his prices, he told me the base price, which wasn't too bad but when I asked about subsequent prices didn't reply, asked, "So do you want me to send someone out?", I asked another question to try and clarify his prices and he didn't answer but only asked once again "So do you want me to send someone out?" I then wondered if this was someone on the east coast of the US who was just generally rude. I asked if he, himself, was located in Hawaii, he said, "where else would I be?" Then I said, I couldn't tell if he was here on if this was a call center....and without another word HE HUNG UP on me. I was flabergasted. I waited a few minutes and called back using option 3, for customer service and got the same guy. I asked if he was on Yelp and he said, yes he was. I asked "what is the name of your company?" AND HE HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN! Called another locksmith, Saltz Lock & Safe, who did the job quickly and reasonably. I probably would have forgiven the first time this company disconnected our call but TWICE? Really. I wouldn't trust this guy to come to my house and fiddle with my locks. No way. Spend your money somewhere else. There's something fishy with this operation.…

Saved my vacation. I lost my keys to the rental car and thought that I was going to have to pay a fortune to get it replaced. Thank you for having this locksmith around!!! They came out to me and made a new key for the car right there on the spot. I was very impressed and the key cost about half of what the rental company wanted to charge me.…
