GREAT Customer Service. I went to Global Music Supply to look at purchasing a few things that I hoped would improve the playing quality of a violin that I had gotten as a gift. Adam, the owner, was kind enough to look at my violin and tell me what I really needed for it. He did some maintenance on a violin for a small price all within an hour, even though I didn't have an appointment and he had been working on another violin when I walked in. I excepted to have to pay over $100 to have it fixed up to that extent but I didn't pay even half of that! Adam was very knowledgeable and helpful. It's a small shop but I'm so glad that we decided to go there instead of some place else that is more well known.
