I've placed an order with Toys N' Joys in December,I haven't got any answer so I've e-mailed them and realized it seemed my credit-card infos weren't correct.I've placed the order again and on the 9th of January my credit card has been charged for the total amount,only to find out later the goods weren't available.I've told them to replace
those with others.Finally on the 26th of January I was told my oder was shipped.But
things would have come separeted.Well,I've received only 1 thing,but not the other 2 toys i've ordered and paid for.So,I've started to send mails,faxes.And guess what??No reply at all.If this is their way to make
on line sale,well I am afraid for other people!
Horrible place. You order an item from Toys N Joys and they don't process it until a week later, according to the email they'll send you. That's all you'll get from them. From that point on, they're finished with you. They've got your money and you're stuck with no money, no product and no response to any of the emails you send. The b b b (citysearch won't let me type out the name for some weird reason) has over 130 complaints against this company! All across the internet this company is rated as poor or not recommended as they've scammed so many - why is it still allowed to be open?
....slow retards. i orded an inuyasha pillow for an christmas present and all they did was send me in circles in trying to find a tracking number so i called and they told me it had been shipped. well i call fedex to see where it is at and they have no record of it! this will be the last time i shop from them
Still waiting for my order after 4 months. Never order anything from them. The customer service is the worst I've seen of any company, it's almost criminal. You place an order, you get charged, an email states your order will ship soon...but it never does. I've written so many emails and complaints and I get no response at all. You can do a google search for "toys n joys complaints" and you'll find out what I mean. They seem to stock some hard to find items, but the truth is they don't have it in stock but will readily charge you for it.
Dreadful customer service. Dreadful customer service - I ordered items from these people in November for shipping to the UK. Four months later the items have never arrived, and they are refusing to give me a refund until the post office have completed an investigation into where the parcel went. In the meantime I no longer need the items as they were for a Christmas present, so I have no interest in the post office investigation. They clearly don't care about their customers and have not been in the slightest bit apologetic about the situation.
