Breakfast is the best... but beware of weekends! the wait can be fairly long for a table and it is crowded. had the best chicken katsu there when i was drunk after a nite of dancing... but that could have been the alcohol. i didnt think their pies were all they say they are. i agree with a reviewer before me who said they tasted kinda like the frozen ones. i dont appreciate the outfits the girls wear either... it might be a pro for the guys, but somehow i always get seated by the kitchen, where they are always bending over to get their plates and i don't appreciate all the butt shots.

Pros: open 24 hours

Cons: not the best food in town

Soup, Chili bowl & Chicken Potpie bowl, Rueben Sandwich all very good. Steak wasn't so great. Mashed potatoes have a good texture, but are very bland. Breakfast menu all wonderful. Not everyone likes this restaurant, but if you stick with the entrees that remind you of momma's cooking you can't go wrong. Also known for their many pies; most are delicious, though the flavor reminds me of frozen pies from the store.

Pros: Homestyle, Friendly, Food served hot

Cons: Local Favorite, stays busy

the breakfast & desserts are good, but their regular food is not so great. i wouldn't recommend this place for lunch or dinner...unless you feel like eating off their breakfast menu. the pancakes are good. all of their pies are yummy, especially the strawberry

There famous pies are worth stopping in for at anytime of the day. Attentive service, consistent comfort food at a very resonable price. This restaurant is part of a Japanese owned franchise from Japan. Hostess's/Casher's can be un-friendly at times, but that may be the only blemish at this place.

Pros: Pies, Convenience, Service

Cons: , Crowded Parking Lot, Wait for a table
