Never order anything from them. The customer service is the worst I've seen of any company, it's almost criminal. You place an order, you get charged, an email states your order will ship soon...but it never does. I've written so many emails and complaints and I get no response at all. You can do a google search for "toys n joys complaints" and you'll find out what I mean. They seem to stock some hard to find items, but the truth is they don't have it in stock but will readily charge you for it.

Dreadful customer service - I ordered items from these people in November for shipping to the UK. Four months later the items have never arrived, and they are refusing to give me a refund until the post office have completed an investigation into where the parcel went. In the meantime I no longer need the items as they were for a Christmas present, so I have no interest in the post office investigation. They clearly don't care about their customers and have not been in the slightest bit apologetic about the situation.
Pros: Good range of products
Cons: Products don't turn up
