In this crazy world in which we live, it's great to know that there are people like Grand Master Bob Smith and Master Kim Rocha teaching our children how to be safer, stronger and overall better people. Yes, they teach taekwondo - but this is much more than just a dojang. Under the direction of Grand Master Smith, for over 3 years now my seven year old daughter has been active in their program. Besides teaching her the fundamentals of traditional taekwondo, they have instilled in her the discipline and respect that are very much a part of taekwondo. Master Smith exhibits a genuine care and concern for each of his students. Smith Taekwondo provides a program that will benefit your childs coordination, strength, self-esteem and confidence. Within weeks you will be amazed as you watch your child (or self, for that manner), develop and flourish. In addition to the taekwondo that my daughter takes, I also participate 3x's a week in kickboxing and find it to be the most invigorating work out that I've ever done. Join our morning class and you will be addicted! Master Rocha keeps it fun and intense at the same time. My experience with Smith TAE Kwon Do has been nothing but positive! My six year old daughter has been taking TAE Kwon Do lessons there for about 3 months. She LOVES it! I never imagined by learning a martial art my daughter's self esteem, motivation, and attitude could improve so drastically. I have been taking kickboxing classes every Tues, Thurs, and Friday in the morning. Night classes are also available. These classes are intense and give you a TOTAL body workout!! I consider myself an active person, but I tend to get bored easily. I actually look forward to going to class!! This class is so energizing it will keep you going all day long! The instructors, Grand Master Bob Smith and Master Kim Rocha, are amazing people. They actually care about their students and know each one of them personally. You can really feel their love for this martial art and their dedication to their students. The only regret that I have about Smith TAE Kwon Do is that I wish I found it sooner!

I have waited a long time to study Martial Arts and as an adult I consider myself fortunate to have found Smith Taekwondo. Grand Master Bob Smith has over 30 years experience in taekwondo and a long list of accomplishments, but it's his skills as an instructor that are most notable to me. He motivates students to reach goals they may never have thought possible. Together with Master Kim Rocha, Smith Taekwondo teaches the traditional methods of taekwondo in a friendly supportive atmosphere. I have seen children become confidant and strong while I myself am in better shape than I have ever been. I would highly recommend Smith Taekwondo to everyone. I am convinced that the children of this school are safer and less likely to become a victim in todays society directly due to Grand Master Smith, Master Rocha and other highly skilled instructors.

Aloha, My girls have been going to Smith Taekwondo for two years. I love the fact that the Dojang not only teaches my girls self defense, but also the history and the culture of Taekwondo. My girls have become stronger, more independent, and confident in everything they do. I would definitely recommend Smith Taekwondo to everyone. Besides Taekwondo, I also take Kickboxing class in the mornings. This class has been the only exercise program I've ever been able to stay with. The class is fun and motivating and a great work out!! Thank You to Kim Rocha and Bob Smith for teaching my family.
