Best Pediatric Physician-Horrible Office Manager

Our family loves Dr. Yim. He is really compassionate. His medical expertise is superb. The unfortunate problem with his office is the unprofessional, uncaring, rude, & condescending behavior of his office manager (Shirley, his wife). Perhaps Dr. Yim may need to survey the parents/caregivers of his patient population to see if they also have a similar opinion to this distressing situation. Good luck to you Dr. Yim.
