I'd start rating Dr Herbich giving him a:

97% Positive Rating and a 3 % Negative.

97% Positive because he was very knowledgeable and professional. My first visit, the consultation, was quick but he answered all my questions. I know for certain he has extensive experience with scar reduction techniques. When i asked for a portfolio of before and after photos of his patients undergoing scar reduction treatment, he provided a photographic portfolio. I was iffy about getting this treatment done because there is a chance the keloid scar may increase in size instead of decrease. After 3 injections at the scar site at about $70 dollars each, my scar (which I have had for 20 years), is practically gone and is flesh colored instead of pink. * Note: I need one more injection to complete my treatment but have relocated to another state BUT am planning a vacation in which I will complete my treatment in as well

Now for the negative 3%- He wasn't rude or anything but you can tell he is not a people person. This isn't a big deal to me. He was extremely helpful and experienced...so I didn't really care much.

Herbich's Help Made a Huge Difference

I was fortunate to finally put to rest two problems that had been haunting me for years! Who would have thought the dark spots on my face could go away without surgery... but with use of a special cream . I went to Dr. Herbich thinking it was going to cost me huge bucks and big down time to get these spots removed via laser. But that was not the case at all. After he had the spots tested to ensure it was something that needed additional attention and quick removal, he made a recommendation...His ability /knowledge of cutting edge products and non invasive procedures gifted me with clear skin at a fraction of the price and with no pain. He even went as far to educate me on sun damage and drove home the need for me to use better and higher sp sunblock. To me that means he cares...really cares.
