Upscale hotel's comfortable rooms and modern business facilities appeal to both business and leisure travelers.

In Short
Soon after the first Hyatt hotel opened in Los Angeles in 1957, Hyatt hotels and resorts became known for their dramatic atrium lobbies and their ability to express local flavor. Rooms feature beds with Sealy brand mattresses and down comforters, flat-screen TVs with cable access, wireless Internet, iPod-adaptable alarm clock/radios, Starbucks coffee and Portico bath products. Travelers enjoy the convenience of hotel and airline check-in kiosks, fitness facilities, multiple business centers and ample meeting spaces.
would definitely stay here again!!

One Word-Disappointed!!
by vlegacy
Here are the facts:
1. Came back to the room in the afternoon and found the door was open. This is after housekeeping. We even put generous tip on the pillow everyday. Called the frontdesk but they didn't apologize or feel sorry.
2. $15/day parking fee. The parking structure is across the street (at least 4 minutes walk).
3. $10/day internet fee or $0.50/minute at the computer room. Outrageous!!! Many other hotels provide free internet services.
4. Noisy!! You can hear anyone in the hallway and next door (amplified).
Enough said...this hotel does not deserve to be listed. Two thumbs way down.
- Pros: Close to Waikiki beach
- Cons: Poor services, way overpriced, cheap interior and more....
One Word-Amazing!

THis was an absolutely magnificant hotel. The first part of it is a conglomoration of high end stores and coffee houses. The lobby is beautiful. The staff are attentive and very accomadateing. There is an Expedia desk in the lobby if you want to change abything that you purchased with them. Their staff are very recomended as well. The rooms were airy and bright, with a small balconyl. The indoor pool is large, with two jacuzzis and a bar next to it. The pool staff are very nice, giving you towels to use on the beach. Overall, nothing beats an experience at the Hyatt.
- Pros: excellent staff, ameneties, located near Waikiki
- Cons: none
A massive Waikiki resort with a full-service spa.

The Scene
Hawaii is spa crazy, with facilities for visitors and residents alike, and this hotel contributes its own full-service spa to the abundance of choices. The property's Na Hoola spa was a first for Waikiki, a place once known more for tropical drinks than pampering treatment.
The Details
Despite its seemingly impersonal massive scale (1,230 rooms in two 40-story towers), this hotel was a comfortable place to stay even before the spa opened in 2000. The best accommodations are the Regency Club rooms, which offer expedited check-in and a lounge atop the Diamond Head Tower, where privileged guests can enjoy complimentary breakfast, an international assortment of newspapers, evening wine, beer and hors d'oeuvres, and spectacular sunset views. Even if you don't stay here, you should check out the lobby. The ten-story atrium has a waterfall down which thunders 30,000 gallons of recycled water a day. The lobby is filled with two levels of luxury shops and has a nice bar.
