Adequate for the Price

The lobby, lanai, and pool area look great, very comfortable to lounge in. The only problem with the pool area is that it doesn't seem to get much sun. The service was adequate and the people, for the most part, were not overly friendly. Our room was decent-sized, though the bathroom was small and dark. The furniture was fine, but the room (in general) rather old. Though we had a coffee maker, the coffee was never replaced after we used it the first time. The location is a few blocks from the Ala Moana Shopping Center, and within walking distance of Waikiki.

• Pros: FREE PARKING, Mini bar & balcony, Inexpensive
• Cons: Ambivalent staff, Old building
