Located in East Honolulu, guests dine on Pacific Rim and European cuisines in a comfortable atmosphere.
Not what I expected

I enjoy eating all over this island and have found some really great places to eat. I got a chance to take some of my office staff to this for many of their 10 year anniversary. A total of about 7 of us. The ambience was nice when we first arrived...the layout of tables, bars, and booth were awkward. I ordered one the steak choices and my guest ordered mostly seafood entrees. The initial service was very nice and we were shown many smiles, given the descriptions of the various items we were curious about but then after we ordered no one seemed to remember we were there. (I like to rate my service at a restaurant on how quickly they refill my water glass...they failed). The food came out and it all looked wonderful and tasty...that was as far as it went though. My steak though cooked correctly was tough and extremely salty. The seafood entree's were so-so to bland my guests replied. Cocktails and desserts were good...but that was it in my opinion. I wouldn't want to go and spend that kind of money again. Sorry...
- Pros: cocktails, dessert, restrooms were clean
- Cons: food quality, price, ambience and atmosphere
Never found a dish I didn't like by Cindy M. at InsiderPages

This is one of the best fine dining restaurants on the island, we come here most holiday times and for special occasions. The fish is always fresh and vegetables usually local and yummy. It gets a bit loud so not the most romantic but great for a night out with friends and some great food and wine. Try the martinis and desserts too!I'm not big on meat so I can't vouch for those plates but I haven't ordered a seafood dish I didn't like. Parking is usually never a problem, validated and in the same building.

This place is the nicest hole in the wall place I have ever seen. My sister had her rehearsal dinner here and once you get inside you haev this feeling to say why does it look not so nice outside. The food was literally the best I have ever had. My sister had her wedding at the Kahala Mandarin and people were saying afterward that the food at 3660 may have been slightly better then at the Kahala. Have also eaten at the Halekulani and must say I think 3660 has them all beaten. The deserts are simply magnificant and the food in general is that good. I highly reccomend this place if you can get past the idea that it is a hole in the wall.
off the beaten path...worth the trip by Sandra W. at InsiderPages

Just had dinner here a few weeks ago at the recommendation of the hotel concierge and loved it. Don't be put off by the inauspicious exterior appearance -- the interior is comfortable and nice. Although it's a bit off the beaten path, if you have a car, it's well worth going there.
The food was uniformly excellent. My guest had ahi and I had opakapaka -- they were perfectly done, with the Asian-inspired preparations not overpowering the fish. The wine list is really extensive. And save room for dessert -- the caramel bread pudding was amazing.
The service was impeccable.
It's definitely not cheap, but less than you might pay for food of much lower quality at many of Hawaii's overpriced restaurants.
Gotta agree with other glowing reviews!

In simple words: great food, great service, great atmosphere (not pretentious, but an excuse to get out of those shorts and slippas!), great wine, great overall. Highly recommend.
