TRY ANOTHER IN THE AREA

Although the staff is exceptional, the doctors are subpar and dangerous. The nurses are smart, courteous, and know their job well. The receptionist is pleasant and efficient. The 3 doctors I encountered while my child was a patient there were all of low calibre. The lead doctor gave my child "samples" of lotion containing highly allergenic nut oils. This was suppose to ease the child's skin rashes? Made no sense. Another doctor attempted to diagnose my child based on another patient's charts. And, the third doctor lacked confidence; he seemed afraid to be there. Also, the facilities were old, unkept, and out-dated. If it weren't for the location being so convenient, I wouldn't have selected them initially. Luckily, more (much more competent) pediatricians have come to our area!

Best Doctor In Town

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Dezzani. She's so warm and caring. The first time I met her and her staff, I knew my family would always be in good hands. They've always taken such great care of us. My children (ages 3-10) are never afraid to see Dr. Dezzani, Aunty Jean and Aunty Barb. They look forward to seeing everyone there. Mahalo to Kahala Pediatrics!

Won't find better

As a mother of 3, I know what it takes to be an incredible pediatrician. It took me three doctor's offices before I found Kahala Pediatrics, and I am here to stay. All of the doctors in this office are kind, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable & helpful. The staff is always kind and courteous. The head doctor, Dr. Marni Dezzani believes in treating her patients with compassion, and offers understanding to us parents. She encourages proper nutrition, caring for her patient's long term health, as well as educating us parents. I have gone to this office for annual well-child visits, sick visits, and what turned out to be an emergency visit with my infant daughter. Each and every time, regardless of what doctor we saw, we were treated with the same caring & compassion which is rare to find in such knowledgeable doctors .This is the only office in Honolulu I'd recommend to my best friends, and I trust my children's health wholeheartedly in the hands of Dr. Dezzani and her caring staff.

Exceptional Pediatric Care

I believe that Kahala Pediatrics raises the bar for pediatric care in Hawaii. The doctors are exceptional and work as a team to provide the best medical care for children. The staff members are friendly, thorough, educated and highly skilled. Our daughter struggled with complex medical issues and the doctors and staff of the Kahala Pediatrics team communicated with us on a daily basis. They provided all the expertise and support we needed when our daughter was referred to a specialist. They were the backbone of the team that has successfully treated our little girl for over 3 years. Kahala Pediatrics went above and beyond what we expected to support our family and to assist us in getting our daughter well. Furthermore, we love their brand new offices which are clean, warm and inviting. Our kids love to go to the doctor! We are very grateful to the entire Kahala Pediatrics team.
