Avoid at all costs!!!. The service here is terrible!!! Waitresses are inattentive and rude. I ate here and had extremely poor service, therefore I gave a small tip. I was shocked when the manager and waitress told me my tip was too small and it had to be smaller. Unfortunately, I gave in and made the tip a bit bigger. Boy, was I surprised when I got my credit card bill later and saw a charge from the restaurant for more than double the amount I had authorized. This is fraud!!! I will NEVER go to this restaurant again!

Some Very Tasty Dishes, Cheap Dim Sum, Poor Service. Dim Sum is def the way to go; cheap, hot, and somewhat fresh. Most dishes are very greasy. I usually drink a ton of hot tea to wash them down, but the tea can be a little tart sometimes (Is it old?). It's true, the service here can seriously bloow sometimes. I've been turned away at 2:00 pm, when the lunch hours on the door clearly stated close is at 2:30 pm. I mean it's Dim Sum! Come on, it's already been prepared! Anyways, some menu items are worth trying. I believe the Butter Fish is their signature dish, and I like the Taro/Poi Ballls. Beware though, two can fill you up fast. Again, very oily (deep fried). Some of my vegan friends swear by this place. I'm not that impressed.

TERRIBLE!!. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. The wait staff is poor and they REFUSE to accomodate for vegans. I asked for my food steamed and the waitress said ok. It came fried. Her respose was "well, it was only deep fried once, not twice". The manager came over and told me he refused to steam anything for me. Then, they had the audacity to try and charge me for the item that I sent back. When it came time for my friends to pay, the waitress stood at our table and waited for us to pay. She refused to let us discuss a tip, so she did not get one!!

Yay! Vegetarian dim sum. When I entered the restaurant, I was very nervous that there were only a few customers eating -- especially since they were doing dim sum. Fortunately, the dim sum was hot and they brought a few dishes directly out of the kitchen. Also, they seemed to use vegetables and mushrooms more than soy and gluten in the dishes I ate. I left stuffed and with plenty of money still in my pocket.
