Great Place. I had a pixel done a few weeks ago and I am very happy with the results. Honolulu Med Spa Staff is very professional and friendly. I had a lot of questions about the treatment, technician explain everything very clearly. Next day after the treatment she called me to assure that everything is OK with me. People who know what they're talking about. I called practically every other medi spa on the island and Honolulu MedSpa was the only place who didn't hesitate when I asked them questions about treatments or prices. They knew everything off hand and were very friendly over the phone. The other places couldn't answer the simplest questions and always put me on hold before they could give me an answer. Some of those places didn't even answer the phone or return my calls!

I had a treatment done and they customized a treatment plan for me so I know what treatments are recommended and in what time span. They also recommended products for my skin that are really amazing. This place is clean and comfortable, and there is lots of free parking!…

Don't go to Honolulu Med Spa. I went to honolulu med spa for pixel treatments starting in jan of 2009. At first i was really happy with the staff and a few weeks later my results from treatment. I met with the doctor for like 2 mins and he asked me if was military, i said yes. He said great , we offer many dicounts for you we just need a copy of your military id card. I gave it to him and never thought anything of it. Then one day i rcvd a bill from my insurance company stating that a claim had been filed but that it wasn't covered and that i owed honolulu med spa $238. I was confused since i had paid 1,300 for 3 pixel treatments and never gave them my insurance info. Well as my insurance company pointed out to me that all the info anyone needs to file a claim is right there on my id. ( i am new to all this) I called the spa and they told me that since the doctor saw me for a few mins they went ahead and billed my insurance. I asked them how they could do that since i never asked to see the doctor and my appt was with the esthetician. They said oops i guess we forgot to tell you! Since then they have not returned any of my calls but the esthetician recently contacted me and told me that she has seen the doctor do this to many military people and that she was sorry it happened. I really regret going here.…

best medspa in hawaii. After calling a couple places to check prices and ask questions and getting utterly confused , one of my work colleagues suggested I check out Honolulu MedSpa. The place is modern and comfy without being cold and impersonal. The staff was really friendly and made me feel at ease. They listened to what I wanted and made a plan just for me.

Specifically, I love the Hydrafacial! I was a little skeptical when they told me it was a upgrade to microdermabrasian. But wow, my skin never felt so clean, fresh, and i just felt glowing. It's cool and gross at the same time that they can show all the dead skin, dirt, and blackheads they clean off your skin.

2nd recommendation, laser hair removal works and these guys are experts. I originally thought I would just do my underarms and bikini line, but it worked so well I started getting treatments on my legs too.…

Amazing Results. I heard about these laser resurfacing treatments like Fraxel, but heard from a friend that it was so painful, so I was curious about the new Pixel laser at Honolulu Laser. I just got my second treatment about a week ago and my skin has never been so smooth since before teenage acne breakouts. I hardly felt a thing during my treatment and the staff really taught me how to take care of my skin. Best of all, my acne scars are almost gone and I feel like my skin is just glowing now. best laser hair removal. i called a couple of other providers and they were rude. then i got a hold of honolulu laser and they were super helpful and professional. the place is pretty modern and clean, staff was really knowledgeable and really made me feel at ease. i went in just wanting to take care of my underarms, but now i'm pretty much getting everything lasered. just earned a free facial through their rewards program so i'll repost after i try their skin services. easy to find and easy to park.…
