WORSE PLACE FOR PICTURES!!!

to make a long story short, i ordered a picture of my commencement in June and never received my order and it is already September!!! i called and emailed him about this matter and got no reply! HE RIPPED ME OFF! BAD Business Practice and will not be recommending him to anyone!
