I didn't expect much at first but when my friends kept talking and talking about how incredible the service, food and entertainment were I had to see it for myself. Now, first I was surprised about the price...$225 per person (but then realized if I broke it down: Private Limo ride from my home, 7 course French menu...with white glove service, 4 drinks...Hennessy, Remy Martin and more, Jazz Trio...I am sure I have seen them on Star Search before) you get the picture it seemed reasonable. The second thing I had to overcome was that it was on a ship...this is no ordinary ship. It looked like a billionaire's yacht! So I took my girlfriend there and from the very beginning it was amazing. Because we purchased this Dinner we were let on the ship first, they had a captain's reception with champagne and appetizers at the same time listening to some great Hawaiian music and watching a beautiful hula dancer. Then we were greeted by name and escorted to our table (this was a neat trick because from the time we got outside to the end of the dinner everyone used our names...we didn't have any nametags on). It was just a nice touch. Now the menu service began...it was just amazing. Now I get out because of my business to fine dinning places 7-9 times a month spending over $100 per person...but this just made my jaw drop. It's a set menu but I heard they change it every few months...I can't wait to go again. Flawless service and food with the back drop of the city lights on one side and the setting sun on the other...couldn't ask for more. Then the Jazz began (Piano music was being played by the pianist the whole time through dinner). It gave us chicken skin (or goose pumps)It was so lovely...I couldn't recall the last time I felt so blissful. A full stomach from an incredible meal, great cocktails, fantastic music, mesmerizing views, and great company. I am rambling...but this is a must do if you are visiting or live in Honolulu...I hope my comments help.

Pros: Ambience, Atmosphere, music

Cons: If there are events or a cruise ship at Aloha Tower parking can be tough. Take the limo choice or a taxi.
