Yvonne is a hair genius. I have super thick puffy Asian hair and she knows how to cut it. Every cut grows out really nice. I don't know how she does it, but I now have normal hair that does not need any prep by me. She has good style sense too, but at times she may be too far ahead for me. The things she wanted to do to my hair 2 years ago are now the "in" thing. As long as you clearly communicate what you want, you won't be dissatisfied. And even if you are after day 1, you'll realize she cut it a certain way to look good even after that first day. I can't testify to anything about Artistic other than Yvonne rocks!
Pros: Yvonne is great
Cons: English is her 2nd language
