Awesome!

I have extremely thick long hair that isn't easy to manage. After living in LA for 8 years and crying after leaving many different salons...I have finally found my hairstylist soulmate!! Melissa has transformed my unruly locks into an edgy style that rules and is maintainable. I can't say enough about how happy I am I HIGHLY recommend going to her. I feel like it's a goodamn mirracle.

AMAZING cuts, high prices

I must say that I received an EXCELLENT cut from the owner of this salon. It was the best cut I'd had in over 7 years. All of the stylists in this salon are extremely talented, friendly, and actually listen to what you want to have done. I am a firm believer that JSalon houses the most talented staff on the island. The owner cut my hair in a way I did not realize was possible. It was a liberating experience. As a fore warning, be prepared to spend big. You may also be pressured into trying their haircare products, which truly are amazing but very pricey.

Want fabulous hair...this is the place to go!

If you want a great cut, you have to try this place! My stylist spent a good deal of time talking and helping me visualize what my hair will look like. She was very meticulous and obviously put alot of pride into her work. The atmosphere was relaxing although not "warm and cozy", more like clean and sparse. The staff was friendly, the assistants were great. I did not feel out of place, was totally comfortable. The downside is the parking (there is none), and it was a bit spendy. However, this was my fourth attempt at finding a salon and I would say that it was worth the money. Also, they have a fantastic website, check it out!

- Cons: parking and a little spendy
