I have been a a Dahn Yoga member for a year. I go to both the Aiea Center and the Honolulu Center. With my membership, I can go to as many classes each week as I want and I can go to either location, depending on my schedule. The centers are both clean and comfortable. The locations are convinient and the staff is wonderful! They are always so friendly and always have time for the members. I first went to the center for an energy evaluation and orientation. The classes are designed to challange your own body so no matter your age (I'm 50+) or your physical condition(I had knee surgery 2 years ago and was suppose to have a second surgery), You can do it. I do not feel I am in competion with other members. Many of them have other health conditions and challanges but everyone I have met there has similar stories. I know I feel healthier and happier since joining last year. I'm certainly stronger and there isn't any surgery scheduled for my future. Thank you to all the caring and knowledgeable staff at both centers! Mahalo many times!
