The guys at BICO Hawaii from Bico Australia jewelry were great and their design location is amazing, Colorful and flashy. After I bought some items from them I went back home in Ohio and wanted to order some more items so I got their web site www.bicohawaii com and order few more pieces. I was extremely impressed by the service that I received. I received the package much sooner than I had expected. When I opened up the package, I was impressed by how well protected my pendant was. My pendant was inside of a jewelry bag, wrapped in bubble packaging, and inside of a sealed plastic bag. Never before have I seen any company go to such lengths to protect a shipment before. You can obviously tell that this company puts customer satisfaction before all else. G.G

IWas on vacation and me and my wife we tried to find a gift for our 16 years old. We walked in AlaMoana shopping center and found this amazing Kiosk. The lady that was working there gave us 100% attention and helped us a lot. We spend there over 30 min and we finally found her item name French lily which represent Magic Happens. If you are walking in AlaMoana shopping center you must sop by the Kiosk name Bico Australia Jewelry.
